How is the car headlight regulator adjusted?

As a car headlight daily travel needs items, is one of the important systems. The natural light of headlights decreases, which leads to the reduction of irradiation distance and brightness and affects driving safety. So the car in time to adjust the height of the car headlights is particularly important, so how should be adjusted?

Auto headlight regulator left and right adjustment:

1. First find a piece of ground, and then find a wall, try to close the distance between the front and the wall;

2. Then find the center point directly facing the headlamp;

3. Prepare a marker or black tape and make a horizontal or vertical mark in the center of the headlamp as a control position to adjust the height. Mark the left and right headlights and both sides of the headlamp.

5. Turn the steering wheel back to the proper position, and then about 3 meters from the wall can reverse to stop. Observe whether the center position of the headlamp is consistent with the center of the mark. If not, it is necessary to adjust the height of headlights, left and right sides;

6. Adjust the screws at the rear of the headlamp using a screwdriver, and check whether the center of the headlamp is above or below the marked center. If it's above the mark, you need to turn left. If it's below the mark, you need to turn right. Adjust the center point of the headlamp to about 3cm below the mark, and the height adjustment is completed.

7. Next, you need to adjust the left and right sides of the headlights. On the left and right adjustment screws at the rear of the headlight, observe whether the headlight is on the left or right side of the mark. If the headlight is on the left, you need to turn to the right; If it is on the right, you need to turn to the left until the center of the headlight hits the center of the marker.
